“三月杜鹃” 是一家汇合餐馆和咖啡馆的理念,提供优质兼平易近人价格的美食给客户,让客户在结束一天的繁忙生活步骤后,停下脚步享受美食,可以在温暖的空间,放松心情与朋友倾谈细说。
自2006年8月开始创立以来,我们花费2个月时间进行整修,并于10月下旬试营运,广邀朋友们来我们店试吃,一开始大家面有难,眼神无意泄露出难吃的神色。
为了追求更好的美食素质,我们选择闭门重新探讨,研究了1个星期,我们决定创造属于我们自己的美食概念,创造与别人不一样的美食,秉持着“大同求不同”的概念经营至今。
无论是挑选食材,制作酱料,我们都不敢松懈,从简单的中西日式的美食,来到三月杜鹃就变成“三月式美食”,只要是美味佳肴的食物都成为我们菜单的选项。
March Azalea Kitchen is a new food provider integrating the concept of conventional coffee shop and modern restaurant. We provide outstanding quality of food and drinks with reasonable pricing range for our customers. Patrons are capable to relieve their stressful life in our premise with special and comfortable ambience and environment while enjoying our innovative and delicious delicacies.
We spent 2 months renovation since established on August 2006 and initial our trial services around end of October 2006. Due to the lack of experiences, the responses from our patrons are less positive.
As a result, we decide to postpone our services in order to focus to improve our delicacies’ qualities. After one week of challenging dedications and diligences brainstorming, we managed to invent our innovative and unique delicacies’ concepts and qualities after integrating various level of targeted food and drinks. We uphold these concepts and qualities and operating until now.
We persistently focus and emphasizing the quality of ingredients and seasonings in our delicacies. We’re proud to present our March Azalea Kitchen delicacies as our cuisines had evolved and superseded other cuisines, regardless Chinese, Western or Japanese gourmets.
We decide to distinguish our coffee products from ultimate competitive Italian coffee series to niche Hainanese coffee as we believe the Hainanese coffee is the essence and core for Malaysian coffee. All Malaysian should had enjoyed Hainanese black coffee before.
We applied the V60 Brewing technique instead of the conventional Hainanese coffee brewing technique. This brewing technique is relatively time consuming but in return higher quality of coffee could be obtained.
As our commitment towards continuous improvement, we spent two months (from August 2019 to October 2019) to renovate the first floor in our restaurant in order to elevate the ambience and quality of the surrounding.
As the arrival of the recent pandemic had affected the patronage especially the full lockdown MCO situation during March 2020. Nevertheless, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. We continue to move forward, and we’re confident and looking forward to serve our customers better in the upcoming years.
